The PAETA Foldable Reformer Pilates Machine seems to have a pretty solid build, and from what we've found, people generally find it durable. One nice thing is that it comes mostly assembled—around 90%—so getting it up and working is relatively quick, usually about 30 minutes without needing extra tools. That definitely makes things easier.
However, there are some quirks. Adjusting it for storage or personalizing things like the jump board can be tricky for some, especially if you're on the taller side. The adjustability of the shoulder blocks and foot bar might not be the best if you're looking for a ton of customization. It's something to think about if you're planning to tweak a lot.
On the plus side, the reformer's hardy construction is a big plus, and it's ready for a variety of exercises. With the dual springs and cords, you have some good resistance options, which adds to the versatility of your workouts.
If you're worried about the adjustments, the manufacturer has an instructional video that could be helpful. It'll guide you through the setup and might make any hiccups a bit smoother.
Overall, while some adjustments might take a bit of effort, its sturdy design and the whole pre-assembly thing are worth appreciating.
