The VGAzer Levitating Moon Lamp is pretty cool since it floats and spins using electromagnetic induction, without needing wires or internal batteries. How long it lasts before running into any problems can vary.
Our research shows that the levitation feature can be a bit tricky at first. Some folks found it takes a few tries to get the moon properly levitating, mainly due to alignment issues. A trick is to slowly lower the moon towards its base until it feels balanced and starts floating—most people get the hang of it after a few attempts.
When it comes to durability, there's a mix of experiences. Some people mention that power outages can disrupt the levitation, needing the moon to be readjusted once the power is back. Overall, while the lamp's structure seems solid, minor issues like keeping the magnets aligned might pop up. Most folks don't report major breakdowns in the first year, though.
It also has 16 color settings and adjustable brightness you can control with a remote, which adds some versatility. Those into unique lighting usually find the initial setup worth it for its quirky visual appeal.
While there's no specific timeframe on how long it'll last, many enjoy it without too much hassle, aside from the setup learning curve. If you like modern and eye-catching home decor, and can keep it aligned, it’s a neat option.
