The Mind-Glowing Moon Lamp has a rechargeable lithium-ion battery included. According to the manufacturer's specs, the battery should last around 20 hours on a full charge, which is handy for ambient lighting or as a night light you can move around.
From our research, opinions on the battery life seem mixed. Some folks are happy with how long the charge lasts and use it as a reliable portable light. For example, one person mentioned their lamp stayed on for over 8 hours with a third-party charger.
However, not everyone has the same positive experience. Some have trouble with the battery not holding a charge or needing to keep it plugged in all the time. There was one account of a lamp that wouldn't work unplugged, even after charging for a while. Others mentioned it stopped charging after a few uses, or the remote stopped working without being plugged in.
If you're having charging issues, it might help to try different charging cables or ports, as compatibility can vary.
Make sure the battery is seated right and isn’t overworked. Some found that changing the remote battery helped fix problems. If none of this helps, contacting the manufacturer might be a good idea—they might have some advice or could offer a replacement.
So, while the lamp is marketed for decent battery life, experiences do vary. You might need to do a little troubleshooting or reach out to the manufacturer if you run into battery issues.
