If you're looking to add some privacy to your Galaxy S9, the Akcoo Privacy Screen Protector might be a good option for you. It's made from tempered glass, and it has this cool anti-spy tech that keeps prying eyes away by making it hard to see your screen from the sides.

When it comes to installation, it should be pretty smooth if you take a few key steps. Our research shows that this protector has a full-screen adhesive which is generally more reliable than the kind that only sticks on the edges.

Plus, it comes with extra UV adhesive and cleaning kits in case you need a do-over. Lots of folks found it really easy to install, especially after watching the manufacturer's guide video, which walks you through the process step by step.

There are a couple of things to keep in mind, though. The privacy feature might make your screen dimmer, so you might want to turn up the brightness a bit. Some people also noticed some diagonal lines when the privacy feature is active, which could affect how it looks and readability.

Overall, if you're careful during installation—particularly with the adhesive and the UV lamp—the Akcoo screen protector should fit nicely and do its job well.

Just weigh the trade-offs like the dimmer screen or the lines, and see if they matter to you. With a bit of patience, most people find it works out pretty well in the end.
