Soft Reset (Try First):
- Put AirPods in case
- Close lid for 30 seconds
- Open and reconnect

Factory Reset:
Step 1: Forget from iPhone
- Settings → Bluetooth → [AirPods] → "i" → Forget This Device
Step 2: Reset AirPods
- Put in case, lid open
