Yep, the LG 27 cu. ft. Side-By-Side InstaView™ Refrigerator does have an ice maker.
And it's pretty neat because, according to the manufacturer's product description, it boasts a dual ice maker system. You get the standard ice cubes and these cool, slow-melting spherical ones called Craft Ice™, perfect for fancy drinks or to keep your beverages chilled for longer.
The fridge also features a Smooth Touch Ice Dispenser with UVnano™ tech, which uses UV light to keep the nozzle clean—handy if you're big on hygiene.
But there are a few things to keep in mind. Our research shows that some folks mentioned the ice maker is a bit slow at times, especially if you need a lot of ice quickly. Plus, the Craft Ice maker might act up if it isn’t emptied regularly.
Oh, and the water dispenser can be a little sluggish too, which might not be ideal if you rely on it a lot.
Overall, while it's got some cool features and looks great in any kitchen, there are some quirks—especially with ice production speed and the durability of the dispensers.
If having a super reliable ice maker is a top priority, you might want to think about these potential hiccups.
But if the idea of luxurious Craft Ice appeals to you, then this fridge could still be a good fit.
