If you're thinking about getting the FURemover Original Indoor Pet Hair Rubber Broom for your hardwood floors, you're definitely not the only one. The manufacturer's description mentions its extendable handle that goes from 36 to 60 inches, which is nice since it can fit different people comfortably.

But, here's the thing: according to our research, the handle can sometimes be a bit tricky. Some people have noticed it might slip or not stay extended while you’re sweeping. So, you might need to keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn't give you any trouble.

As for actually cleaning, it seems to do a pretty decent job at picking up pet hair and dirt, especially on hardwood floors. The rubber bristles are made to grab hair without scratching the floor, so that’s a relief if you’re worried about keeping your hardwood safe.

Just a heads up, though—some folks mentioned it needs a bit more effort when you're dealing with carpets. Probably not a big issue if you’re sticking to hardwood, but good to know if you’ve got mixed surfaces.

So overall, the FURemover broom seems like a solid choice for hardwood floors as long as you don’t mind checking on the handle now and then.

And maybe be ready to put in a little extra elbow grease for any tougher spots.
