The FANHAO Garden Hose Nozzle is built to fit standard U.S. garden hoses, using a 3/4" thread. The manufacturer describes it as having a solid one-piece construction with internal rubber washers meant to create a strong, leak-proof seal.
While that's the game plan, our research shows that results can vary. Some folks reported a good seal thanks to those thick rubber washers. But others mentioned they still saw leaks. In those cases, some tried using Teflon tape alongside the rubber washers to solve the issue, though that didn't always do the trick.
It seems like how well it seals might depend on the condition of your hose or how things get set up.
So, if you run into leaks, you might want to take a closer look at the condition of your hose and ensure everything’s tightened correctly. Sometimes checking the washers isn't a bad idea either—as they can wear out over time.
All in all, the FANHAO nozzle is pretty straightforward to use and fits most setups without needing extra kits. Just keep an eye out for any leakage issues, and you'll likely find it a pretty handy tool for your garden.
