So, about the CATIGA CS-121 Scientific Calculator—it's popular among high school and college students because it offers so many math functions and is pretty budget-friendly.

But from what we've found, there are a few things that might give you pause.

First off, there's been some frustration about the graphing features. The manufacturer says it can do graphs, but folks have been saying it's not exactly straightforward. You've got to dig into the manual a bit, and it seems like the instructions aren’t all that clear. You might end up spending time fiddling with it to get it right, which could be a bit of a pain if you're on a tight schedule.

Another hiccup is the need for frequent resets when you're working on new graphs. If you're in the middle of something like an exam, this can really slow you down. Users have pointed out that compared to brands like Texas Instruments, the CATIGA lacks the same ease of navigation and user-friendly interface, which can be a big deal when you’re under pressure.

On the bright side, the CS-121 covers a lot of ground with over 280 functions, so for regular calculations, it does a solid job. But if graphing is a major part of your needs, you might want to talk to a teacher or look at your coursework to see if this will cut it.

Bottom line: It's affordable, which is great if you're watching your budget, but keep in mind you might have to spend some time getting used to it, particularly if graphing is your main focus.
