Hey! So, you're wondering if Rolio Pigment Paste works with UV resin. Here's the scoop: it's mainly designed for epoxy resin. The manufacturer says it gives intense, vibrant colors, and you can tweak the amount to get either opaque or translucent effects. But they haven't specifically mentioned UV resin.
From what we've gathered, the paste performs really well with epoxy resin, mixing smoothly and creating even color distribution. That's pretty handy if you're diving into resin art and want reliable results without dealing with clumps.
Many folks have found that you only need a little bit of this paste to achieve deep colors, thanks to its concentration. It's versatile too, allowing for bold or more subtle hues, which many artists love. Plus, it’s safe and non-toxic, which is reassuring if you're crafting in different environments.
As for UV resin, since it cures under UV light, it behaves differently than epoxy. There's not a ton of info on how this paste works specifically with UV resin, but a common recommendation is to experiment with a small batch first. See how it reacts and adjust the amount to get the effect you want, because UV resins might respond differently to such concentrated colors.
In short, Rolio Pigment Paste is fantastic with epoxy, but its behavior with UV resin isn't well-documented. If you're up for experimenting with UV projects, start small to see how it blends. And who knows, you might discover something new in the process. Happy crafting!
