The CARPATHEN Marshmallow Roasting Sticks can extend up to 34 inches, which is really handy for keeping a safe distance from the fire. This feature is great for both adults and kids who want to avoid getting too close to the heat. Our research suggests that people appreciate the easy storage and retractable nature of these sticks.

The manufacturer points out that these sticks are made from sturdy materials to ensure durability, especially with typical uses like roasting marshmallows. They seem to hold up well when used for lightweight items. The telescopic design not only makes them convenient but also helps maintain a safe distance from the fire.

However, if you're thinking of using them for heavier foods, like hot dogs, be aware that some people have noted that the sticks might bend under the weight of heavier items, especially multiple sausages. This is something to keep in mind if you're planning to roast heavier foods often.

For your usual marshmallow toasting or s'mores night, these sticks should work just fine. But if you plan to roast heavier foods regularly, you might want to consider other options.

Overall, they're a solid choice for most folks who want to enjoy roasting marshmallows or similar treats by the fire.
