The Canon PIXMA TS702a is pretty impressive when it comes to print quality, especially for photos. If you like printing directly from your phone, it's good to know that it works with Apple AirPrint and Mopria.
Plus, it's not too bulky, so it fits well in most home office spaces. It measures 14.4"D x 14.7"W x 6.3"H and weighs about 14.4 pounds. Not bad, right?
From what we've found, people and experts alike praise the TS702a for its vibrant and sharp photo prints. It uses a five-cartridge system - four dye-based color cartridges and one pigment-based black cartridge.
This setup helps with color accuracy and detail, making your photos look great. Just a heads up, though: if you print a lot of documents, the black ink might run out faster, meaning more frequent replacements.
On the downside, some folks have had a bit of trouble with the setup and connectivity. The instructions aren't the clearest, and the LCD can be hard to read without good lighting.
You might need a few tries to get the USB or Wi-Fi connection right.
But on the bright side, this printer has a 350-sheet capacity for plain paper and can do duplex printing, which is handy and saves paper. It also works with the Canon PRINT app, making mobile printing pretty seamless.
So, while there are a few hiccups with setup and connectivity, the Canon PIXMA TS702a is praised for its excellent photo printing and mobile printing features. If those are what you're looking for, this printer is worth considering.
