The Lipper International Acacia Wood 18-Inch Lazy Susan looks great and can be super handy for reaching your spices and condiments easily. When you get it, you might have to tweak the screw at the bottom to make sure it spins smoothly, as the manufacturer points out.

But here's the thing—our research shows that there are some questions about how durable its spinning mechanism is. Some people have run into issues with the bearings, saying it doesn't turn as smoothly as they'd like and can sometimes make weird noises.

There's also been mention of it wobbling a bit, possibly due to design issues or how it was packed and shipped. A few have had to adjust or even replace parts for it to handle moderate weights properly.

On the upside, lots of folks love the look and strength of the acacia wood used for the Lazy Susan. It's often praised for being both sturdy and attractive.

Professional reviews have similar thoughts. They generally like the strong and good-looking wood but admit the bearing problems can be a letdown. If you're really focused on having a super smooth spin, you might want to either consider other options or be ready to do a bit of DIY fixing.

In the end, if you care most about how it looks and the quality of the wood, this Lazy Susan could work well for you. Just be prepared for a little extra effort to make sure it turns the way you want.
