Hey! So about the UltraPoi HelixPoi LED glow sticks – there are some mixed thoughts regarding their durability.
From what we've found, there seem to be some recurring issues, especially with the battery covers. It turns out, many people have received their glow sticks without these covers. That's a bit of a headache because without them, the batteries can pop out with just a light bump, which obviously messes with the operation.
Some folks have mentioned having to tweak the battery terminals to stay connected, or even using tape as a quick fix until they sort something more permanent. The way the battery case is designed seems to have a bit too much wiggle room, allowing even minor movements to disconnect the power.
If this sounds like what you're dealing with, getting in touch with UltraPoi's customer service might be your best move. They could help with replacements if your covers are missing or not quite right.
In the meantime, securing the batteries with tape could help keep things working smoothly. And if you're shopping for replacements, double-checking that you're buying from a reliable seller might save some hassle in the future.
Despite these hiccups, once the battery issues are sorted, most people seem really happy with how bright and fun the HelixPoi glow sticks are. They're pretty awesome when everything's working like it should!
