The Sony X90L TV is really solid for gaming. It works great with the PlayStation 5 and supports 4K at 120Hz, which is awesome for fast-paced games. You'll get smooth and vibrant gameplay, especially with its low input lag of about 18 milliseconds in Game Mode. That's pretty responsive for most gamers.
It also has cool features like Auto HDR Tone Mapping and Auto Genre Picture Mode to make your games look even better. Plus, the HDMI 2.1 ports help with high refresh rates and top-notch visual quality on newer consoles. There's even a dedicated Game Menu that's pretty handy for tweaking settings just for gaming.
From our research, the X90L delivers excellent picture quality and color accuracy. Everything on screen looks stunning and lifelike.
But, a few have mentioned that the sound quality could be improved, so you might want to consider a soundbar for a more immersive experience. And while the viewing angles are decent, they may not be as good as some other models, so try to watch from directly in front for the best picture.
Overall, if you're into gaming, the Sony X90L should work really well for you. It has great picture quality and features that enhance your gaming experience, especially if you have a PS5.
