The Keeper Adjustable Flat Bungee Cord is pretty flexible since you can stretch it from 10 inches to 54 inches, as the manufacturer's product details mention.
But, it's worth noting that getting it to that full length can take a bit of effort. From what we found, most folks find it easiest to adjust it to around 36 inches without too much hassle. Stretching it all the way to 54 inches might need you to really tug on it, which isn't always the easiest thing to do.
In terms of how durable it is, the manufacturer says it's got a tough outer layer that's supposed to handle UV rays and different weather conditions. However, our data shows mixed experiences on that front. It seems that if it's left out in the sun for a long time, it might wear out quicker than expected.
One person mentioned that a year of constant sun exposure really weakened their cord. Another user in a dry, high-altitude spot said theirs started falling apart after just a few months.
So, if you need something adjustable and tough for outdoor use, think about how you plan to use the bungee cord. While it usually works well for various indoor tasks and lighter outdoor activities, leaving it out in harsh conditions might shorten its lifespan, based on what some folks experienced.
Overall, the Keeper Adjustable Flat Bungee Cord is likely to suit your needs for different tasks, especially if you can control how much it's exposed to the elements.
