The OXO Good Grips 3-Piece Angled Measuring Cup Set is pretty well-designed when it comes to getting accurate measurements, whether you're dealing with dry or liquid ingredients. Our research found that most people are happy with how accurate they are.
The cool thing about these cups is the angled surface, which lets you read the measurements from above—no more bending down to eye level. It's a small change, but it makes things a lot easier and helps you get your measurements right without much fuss.
That said, not everything is perfect. While most folks are pleased with how the cups measure, a few have run into issues with durability, especially when it comes to handling high temperatures. The cups are supposed to be made from a durable, BPA-free material called Tritan Renew, according to the manufacturer.
But our research shows that some people have noticed warping or damage after running the cups through the dishwasher on hot settings. It's worth noting that if they warp, it might mess with the volume a tad.
To keep them at their best, it's a good idea to stick to the manufacturer's care tips. That means using the top rack in the dishwasher and steering clear of high heat both in the dishwasher or from things like hot oil or butter.
Proper care will help keep those measurements precise over time.
So in short, if you pay attention to how you care for them, the OXO measuring cups should do just fine in your kitchen. With their easy-to-read design and accurate measurement capability, they'll likely make your cooking and baking a bit smoother.
