It's great that you're considering the Samsung 65-inch DU7200 4K TV, and you're asking an important question about the condition of the screen upon delivery.
From what we've gathered, there aren't any major reports of this specific model arriving with cracked screens. But, as with any big electronic purchase, there's a small chance of physical damage happening during shipping.
Here's what might help:
-
Check It Out Right Away: When your TV gets delivered, give both the box and TV a good look to spot any signs of damage.
-
Take Photos If There's Damage: If you find anything wrong, snapping some photos right then can be really useful if you need to make a claim or return it.
-
Get In Touch With The Seller ASAP: Should you notice any damage, contact the seller quickly. Many reputable shops have guidelines for returns or exchanges that can help get things sorted out.
-
Consider Delivery Options: Some sellers offer a white-glove delivery service. It's a bit more hands-on and might include setup at your place, which could reduce the chances of damage.
Aside from delivery concerns, our research shows that people generally like the TV's picture quality and smart features.
Some folks have faced issues with setup or connectivity, but usually, following the instructions carefully or reaching out to Samsung support solves the problem.
So overall, the DU7200 is well-received in terms of its performance and features, and while shipping damage is always a possibility with any product, it doesn't seem to be a widespread problem with this particular model.
