Hey! So, with the Razer Kishi Ultra Gaming Controller, getting it to fit your phone while it's in a case can be a bit tricky. According to what we've seen, the manufacturer designed it for a snug fit on both Android and iOS devices.
But if your phone has a thick or bulky case, that snug fit tends to get compromised. Even with slimmer cases, you might need to do some extra maneuvering to make sure everything connects properly and works as it should. Thin cases or no case at all seem to give the best results according to our research.
One straightforward option is just to take off your phone case while you're using the Kishi Ultra. I know it's not the most convenient thing ever, but it does make sure the controller fits and works like it's supposed to.
If you're really attached to your phone case, maybe look for one that’s specifically marked as 'Kishi Ultra-compatible' or consider those really thin, flexible cases that won't mess with the controller's grip.
In a nutshell, the Razer Kishi Ultra is awesome for mobile gaming, but you might need to ditch that phone case for the best fit. From what we've found, using your phone without a case or with a super slim one gives the best gaming experience.
Hope that helps with setting up your mobile gaming rig! Good luck!
