Hey, so the HP Pavilion Aero 13 doesn't come with a backlit keyboard, according to our research.
But there's still a lot to like about this 13.3-inch laptop, especially if you don't need that specific feature. Here's a quick rundown.
First off, it's really lightweight—under 2.2 pounds—which is awesome if you're lugging it around all day. Despite being light, it packs a punch. It's got an AMD Ryzen 5 8640U processor, 16 GB of RAM, and a 512 GB SSD.
This setup means things run smoothly even if you're multitasking or working on heavier tasks. Just a heads-up, it's not exactly designed for hardcore gaming, but casual games and basic graphic stuff should be fine.
The screen is pretty nice too. It's got a 1920 x 1200 resolution, and from what the manufacturer says, you can expect sharp visuals and bright colors. Plus, the matte finish helps cut down on glare, which is great if you're in a well-lit area.
It’s not a touchscreen though, so if that’s something you need, keep that in mind.
Design-wise, it's got a premium vibe with its magnesium-aluminum build and comes in a few different colors. No backlit keyboard, but typing still feels good, and the touchpad is responsive, so working for long periods isn’t a hassle.
Battery life is solid too. According to our research, you can get around 10 hours of use with moderate tasks, which is pretty good for a full day without needing to recharge.
It’s not perfect though. The webcam is only 720p, which isn't great, and it doesn’t have a microSD card slot.
But considering the starting price is around $750, these are minor issues.
So, if you’re okay without a backlit keyboard and need a lightweight, stylish, and high-performing laptop for work, study, or a bit of leisure, the HP Pavilion Aero 13 is worth checking out.
