Hey! If you're planning on playing Baldur's Gate 3 on PS5 with friends who have the U.S. version, you'll want to make sure you're all using the same regional version of the game.
According to our research, the version on this particular Amazon page is the Japanese edition, which could cause a few hiccups if you're in the U.S. market.
People have reported issues with cross-saving and online play between different regional versions. For instance, the U.S. version comes with two discs, whereas the Japanese one only has a single disc.
Plus, the packaging and cover art are mostly in Japanese, produced for the Japanese market by Spike Chunsoft. The back of the game package even states it's for Japan only, which some buyers miss.
So, to avoid any headaches and play smoothly with your U.S.-based friends, double-check the product listing and make sure you're getting the U.S. version.
It's a small step, but it'll save you from potential compatibility issues.
