Yep, you can definitely paint the Legrand Wiremold CMK50 Cordmate II Cord Cover Kit to match your wall color. The manufacturer's description mentions that these covers can be painted to blend in with your decor, which is great if you're aiming for a unified look in your space.
If you're planning to paint it, just make sure to clean the surface first so the paint sticks well. It's also a good idea to use a primer that's suitable for plastic, as this helps the paint adhere better. After priming, you can go ahead and use acrylic or latex-based paint in any color you like.
When it comes to installation, keep in mind that the adhesive is pretty strong. We've found that some folks have mentioned having trouble with removal, sometimes taking bits of paint or drywall with it. To make removal easier, try using a hairdryer to softly heat the adhesive, which can help loosen it. A dull knife can assist in carefully prying it away from the wall.
The Cordmate II does a solid job of organizing cables and tidying up spaces. But, if you think you'll need to move them often, you might want to look at options with less of a permanent adhesive. On the other hand, if you need something that sticks well, this one's strong adhesive is a plus.
In a nutshell, the Cordmate II is a handy product for cable management, and painting it to your style is a nice bonus. Just keep in mind where you place it and any future needs for removal, so it matches your situation.
