When it comes to how comfortable the Sony WH-CH720N Noise Canceling Wireless Headphones are for long periods, our research shows that most folks find them pretty comfy.
They're designed with lightweight materials that help keep the discomfort at bay, even during marathon listening sessions. The ear cups have soft padding that's meant to cushion your ears and avoid that annoying fatigue you get from wearing headphones too long. Plus, the headband is adjustable, so you can get them to fit just right.
However, there's a bit of a downside. Some people have noticed that over time, the connection between the ear cups and the headband might not hold up so well. This seems to be a bit of a trade-off: they're light and comfy, but maybe not the toughest if you're hard on your gear.
Different people report different experiences with these. Some have used them a lot without any issues, while others have seen some wear and tear after about a year. How you handle them—putting them on and off frequently or treating them a bit rough—could play a big role in how long they last.
So, if you're leaning towards the Sony WH-CH720N mainly for their comfort, they seem like a solid pick. Just keep in mind that you might have to be a bit gentle with them to avoid potential wear over time.
If you're worried, you might want to look into Sony’s protection plans as a backup. They're definitely a nice choice if you're all about comfort.
