- •Lightweight design (~5 lbs) makes it easy to maneuver around furniture, stairs, cars, and tight spaces, ideal for users with limited mobility.
- •Cordless and bagless for convenient, hassle-free cleaning without being tethered to outlets.
- •Multiple suction speeds provide versatility, allowing users to switch between standard and turbo modes depending on the cleaning task.
- •Easy-to-empty dust bin simplifies maintenance and keeps cleanup quick.
- •Solid 40-minute runtime in lower suction modes is generally enough to clean an entire house.
- •Quiet operation makes it friendly for smaller spaces such as apartments and single-level homes.
- •Simple assembly and switchable configurations for different cleaning needs.
- •Clear battery indicator lets you monitor charge status easily.
- •Reliable and consistent performance that builds confidence in the brand for everyday use.
Cons
- •Battery life under turbo mode can drop to about 10 minutes, limiting usefulness for larger or thicker carpeted areas.
- •The motor may overheat during intensive use, which could impair longevity and performance.
- •Some users report poor battery hold over time, affecting overall runtime reliability.
- •Plastic casing feels a bit cheap and scratches easily, which may affect the vacuum’s look but not performance.
- •Lacks a wall mount with charging dock, which would improve storage convenience.
- •Requires regular cleaning of rollers to maintain suction efficiency.
- •Not well suited for thick carpets or expansive rooms due to power and battery constraints.
- •Longer charging times than some competing models.
- •Overall durability concerns suggest it might last only a few months under heavy use.
Bottom Line
The Wyze Cordless Vacuum S is a lightweight, versatile vacuum perfect for quick cleanups on hard floors, small carpets, and pet hair management—especially in apartments or smaller homes. Its powerful suction and multiple speed settings make it a solid choice for everyday light to moderate cleaning. However, if you need longer battery life for bigger spaces or thicker carpets, or desire a more premium build quality, this might fall short. For users who prioritize runtime and durability, considering other brands with stronger battery performance might be worthwhile, but for the price and convenience, this vacuum offers excellent value for smaller-scale cleaning.
