Bottom Line
The WIX Filters - 51085 Spin-On Lube Filter is traditionally celebrated for its quality and fitment in specific models like the 2004 Grand Cherokee 4.7L HO. However, potential issues with thread compatibility and quality concerns about the new Mann-Hummel-produced filters may impact its reputation. Ensure thorough checks before purchasing, as the right oil filter is vital for maintaining engine health and preventing costly repairs. Users seeking alternatives should look for consistent performance and reliable thread quality to maintain optimal vehicle performance.
