- •Mostly user-friendly design with largely pre-assembled parts, allowing straightforward setup that generally takes less than 5 minutes.
- •Large wheels and decent maneuverability help in moving the unit without hoses dragging on the ground.
- •Quality hardware and fittings, along with a solid OHV engine and axial cam pump, contribute to durability and powerful performance.
- •Includes a convenient 5-nozzle set and storage tray for easy nozzle switching and accessibility.
- •Reasonably quiet considering its power, with a thermal relief valve to prevent overheating during idle.

Cons
- •Significant starting and stalling issues reported—many users struggle to get the engine running consistently, requiring multiple pulls. Restarting after refueling is particularly tricky.
- •Excessive vibration and noise from the unit cause movement during use, making it somewhat unstable; some users wrap a garden hose around the base to limit movement.
- •Hose design is rigid and sometimes dangerously close to the exhaust, necessitating manual careful adjustments to avoid damage.
- •Assembly instructions can be misleading, especially regarding tool sizes and part alignment, causing frustration during setup.
- •Some components like the handle and upper gun arm use push button or plastic rivets that cause looseness or complicate disassembly.
- •Initial exhaust smell and smoke emissions occur but typically clear after some use.
- •Oil dipstick angle may lead to overfilling the oil if users are not cautious.
- •Missing some modern features like a low oil shutdown and a transparent soap tank fluid indicator.
- •Customer service reports are overwhelmingly negative with unresponsiveness and unresolved complaints.
- •Starting cord pull requires considerable effort and can be physically demanding.
Bottom Line
The Westinghouse WPX3200 Gas Pressure Washer offers powerful cleaning performance with useful features like an onboard soap tank and a versatile nozzle set, making it capable and fairly user-friendly once running. However, the frequent and frustrating starting difficulties combined with vibration issues and questionable customer support mean this unit could test your patience. If you’re comfortable with occasional tinkering and can tolerate some noise and shake, this pressure washer delivers great cleaning power at a good value. If reliable and hassle-free starting is your top priority, you might consider looking at other models with stronger reputations for dependable ignition and lower vibration.
