- •Two dedicated searing burners provide intense heat and perfect grill marks for enhanced flavor
- •Offers consistent temperature across the grill surface, minimizing hot spots and making cooking predictable
- •Easy to ignite and operate with Snap-Jet Ignition and combined knob controls
- •Large cooking surface provides ample room for a variety of foods
- •Fold-down side tables add convenient workspace and make storage easier
- •Built with durable materials and backed by a 10-year warranty on major parts
- •Pull-out drip pan simplifies cleaning and maintenance
- •Assembly is straightforward with clear instructions, often taking under two hours
- •Wheels make the grill mobile and easy to reposition
Cons
- •Build quality feels somewhat flimsy for the price, with sheet metal and some parts bending easily if mishandled
- •Assembly instructions rely heavily on pictographs, which can sometimes cause confusion or require careful attention to avoid forcing parts
- •No dedicated manufacturer cover available for protection when not in use
- •Plastic wheels work well for light mobility but may wear quickly or struggle on rough terrains
- •Compact size may be limiting for those who want to grill for larger groups or big gatherings
- •Recent model updates caused some incompatibility with older Weber accessories, which may inconvenience some users
Bottom Line
The Weber SPIRIT 3-Burner Grill E-325 Liquid Propane Black scores high on quick heating, consistent grilling performance, and user-friendly features like sear burners and fold-down tables. It’s a solid choice for anyone wanting reliable, flavorful grilling with moderate space needs. However, if you prioritize ultra-rugged build quality or plan extensive use on rough surfaces, be mindful of some flimsy parts and plastic wheels. Also, consider the limited accessory compatibility with older Weber gear if you own them. Overall, this grill balances performance, convenience, and durability well for its price point.
