Bottom Line
While the Turf Builder Commercial Seed Mix, South has shown positive results including rapid growth and effective overseeding, some users have reported germination challenges, especially with coated seeds. Ensure the seeds are spread accurately, maintain consistent watering, and consider using additional soil for best outcomes. Patience is key—allowing the grass to mature can yield a durable, pet-friendly lawn, but be prepared for potential growth issues in specific areas.
