Bottom Line
While the Toro 22 in. Recycler SmartStow Lawn Mower has some redeeming features like efficient mulching and easy vertical storage, it's plagued by design flaws that impact performance and user experience. Many users report it feeling underpowered and difficult to maintain due to excessive clogging and awkward design choices. If these issues are a concern, you may want to look into alternative models that offer better solutions for taller grass and more reliable bagging and discharge options. Due diligence and considering reviews might help you avoid unnecessary headaches.
