Pros
- •Cats absolutely love the tasty chicken flavor and show strong, consistent enthusiasm for these treats.
- •The combination of crunchy and soft textures keeps cats interested and eager, even those picky about treats.
- •Comes in a large 30 oz resealable tub that maintains freshness and is convenient for dispensing.
- •High protein and fat content provide nutritional value beyond just a simple reward.
- •Effective as a training aid, promoting exercise, hunting behavior, and positive interaction among multiple cats.
- •Long shelf life ensures the treats stay fresh over extended periods.
- •Can help encourage eating in sick or finicky cats, supporting their nutrition and hydration.
- •Considered more cost-effective than smaller packages found in grocery stores, making the larger tub a practical choice despite the upfront price.
Cons
- •The price is on the higher side, especially once additional import fees (like a €10 charge) are factored in, making it less budget-friendly.
- •Some users feel the cost per gram is steep compared to other treat options.
- •Because it’s a popular product, some buyers might find the value isn’t as compelling for everyday snacking if you have multiple cats.
Bottom Line
Temptations Classic Crunchy and Soft Cat Treats in Tasty Chicken flavor deliver what cats crave with the convenience of a large resealable tub and great training versatility. While the price might make you pause—especially with import fees—many cat owners find the quality, taste, and nutritional benefits worth it if you want to keep your kitty engaged and rewarded. If cost is your top concern, you might want to explore smaller size options or alternative treat brands, but if taste, texture, and convenience are what matter, this one’s a solid pick.
