- •Short power cord may require a longer replacement for better cable management
- •Video picture quality improves noticeably with external devices like PlayStation 5, suggesting internal processing has limits
- •Overall image quality doesn't feel as polished as premium TVs and requires some manual adjustments
- •Brightness levels may struggle in rooms with abundant sunlight, due to limited peak brightness
- •Glowing yellow light on the bottom can be distracting during certain viewing situations, though it can be covered
Bottom Line
This TCL Class QM6K Series offers strong visual quality and gaming performance at a budget-friendly price, making it ideal for average users seeking straightforward, reliable entertainment. However, it falls short of premium brands like Samsung in picture refinement and audio quality, so if you're after top-tier performance, exploring higher-end models might be worth considering. If enhanced sound or superior black levels matter most, you might want to look into options like <component-button-product identifierProduct="12345-67890">Samsung QN90B</component-button-product>.
