Why this score?
The Microsoft Surface Pro 9 receives a moderate score largely for its superior screen quality and fast performance, which many users appreciate for everyday tasks and portability. However, concerns about high pricing and various issues with battery life and durability, including hinge and hard drive failures, have drawn criticism from several customers. While it excels for general usage, some express disappointment particularly in relation to its drawing capabilities and lack of standard USB ports.
