Bottom Line
The Superfeet BLACK insoles provide durable, moderate support ideal for flat feet and various daily activities, particularly for those who stand frequently. However, they may not be the best fit for more specialized activities like cycling or soccer. If you require specific ankle support or have high-performance requirements, you might have better luck with specialized insoles tailored for those needs. For general daily wear and improved comfort, these insoles offer a reliable and cost-effective upgrade.
