- •Limited range or coverage may restrict some types of exercises.
Bottom Line
This Sunny Health & Fitness SF-BH6629 Roman Chair is a solid choice for anyone wanting an affordable home setup for hyperextensions and back strengthening, especially if you’re around average height and weight. However, be prepared for less-than-padded cushions and a bit of a fiddly assembly – bringing your own tools is a must. If you’re below 5’3” or want a sturdier build with longer-lasting comfort, you might want to explore other models better tailored for shorter users or more durable construction.
