- •The warranty was not honored by the company, reflecting poor customer support.

Bottom Line
This Stearns & Foster Lux Hybrid Firm Mattress may feel comfy at first, but its durability and warranty issues are major red flags. If long-term quality and support matter to you, consider exploring other options—like the Sealy Posturepedic Hybrid that many reviews mention as more durable, or check out products with better warranty support. We recommend assessing whether the initial savings outweigh the potential need for replacement sooner than expected.
