- •Provides good support, significantly reducing neck and shoulder pain during long study sessions.
- •Flip-up arms offer excellent elbow room and flexibility for typing.
- •Easy assembly, taking about 15-30 minutes with straightforward instructions.
- •Adjustable features allow for a personalized fit, and users appreciate the ability to comfortably cross legs.

- •Good value for the price, despite using mid-range materials.
Cons
- •Back height is lower than expected, providing insufficient support, especially for taller users (around 6'3"),
- •Arm height is too high for ergonomic use at a PC desk, less ideal for tall users.
- •Some threading appears less secure, raising potential durability concerns.
- •A notable defect with the piston fitting into the base, causing sinking issues.
- •Seat padding is uneven, leading to discomfort and potential body misalignment over time.
- •Plastic base and arms feel cheap in comparison to premium models.
- •Assembly issues with alignment of armholes and screw receiver spacing discrepancies.
- •Requires attention to detail during assembly to avoid complications.
- •Cut in the leather on the back section of the chair raises quality concerns.
Bottom Line
The Staples Sorina Bonded Leather Chair (Grey) offers a stylish and comfortable seating solution with solid stability and good support for many users. But it may not be the best choice for taller individuals due to back height and arm rest issues, and attention during assembly is crucial to avoid potential misalignment. Despite a few quality concerns, the chair provides good value for its mid-range price point, making it suitable for extended work and gaming sessions if you don't mind a couple of quirks. If these issues might be a deal-breaker, you might want to consider exploring other options in the same price range with better support for taller users.
