Pros
- •Easy to retrieve as it does not roll under the couch.
- •Perfect size for a 50 lb dog, reducing the risk of choking hazards in large dogs.
- •Dogs find the squeaking feature highly appealing and engaging.
- •Provides unpredictable bouncing, adding excitement to playtime.
- •Durable material and larger size make it more robust than standard tennis balls.
- •Great for fetch and play activities, especially favored by Labradors.
- •Offers hours of fun for both dogs and owners alike.
Cons
- •Not as durable as original Kong toys; may not withstand aggressive chewers.
- •Some owners reported it was destroyed in days by strong dogs like pit bulls and retrievers.
- •The fuzz on the ball tends to wear off after about a month of use.
- •Squeaker can break after about a week of rough play.
- •Not suitable for heavy-duty chewing and best suited for light play.
Bottom Line
The Squeaker Football Medium is a fun and engaging toy for dogs that love to play fetch. Its perfect size and squeaking feature make it a hit among dogs, while its unpredictable bounce keeps the game exciting. However, it's not as durable as some other brands and may not hold up against aggressive chewers. If durability is a concern, consider looking into products known for their toughness. Otherwise, this toy can provide ample fun and engagement for lighter play sessions.
