- •Has roughly twice the pigment of a regular Sharpie, delivering much more visible, darker markings.
- •Truly fade resistant, maintaining color vibrancy over time even with UV exposure and outdoor weathering.
- •Works great on bright yellow backgrounds, plastic, fabric, and most common construction materials.
- •Designed to prevent markings from washing off, making it ideal for outdoor and rugged use like gardening or labeling plants.
- •Long-lasting and dependable, suitable for frequent use with consistent performance.
- •Available in convenient 12-packs that cover a variety of labeling and marking needs.
- •Highly recommended for construction, tool identification, and labeling clothing thanks to durability and color retention.
- •Attractive design that others often want to borrow, indicating a high-quality feel.
Cons
- •Ink tends to fade on plastic surfaces if exposed to water, even after drying.
- •Mainly available in black, red, and blue, limiting color variety if you want more options.
- •Works best only when applied on reasonably clean surfaces, which can be a bit of a hassle on dirty or dusty items.
Bottom Line
If you need a permanent marker that stands up to tough conditions like sun, rain, and wear—and shows off bold, clear markings—the *Sharpie Extreme Permanent Markers 12-Pack* delivers exactly that with style and reliability. Just keep in mind it’s not invincible on plastic if it gets wet, so for heavy-duty plastic use you might want to test it first. Overall, these markers are a smart pick for construction, tool marking, and outdoor projects where longevity is a must.
