Bottom Line
The Shakespeare 230-ft Spool 0.095-in Spooled Trimmer Line offers a decent performance upgrade for users dealing with tall grass, thanks to its commercial-grade quality and improved quiet operation. However, if you're using a .095 trimmer, double-check the fit and consider potential durability issues. The older bright green Ugly Twist version seemed to have fared better in various conditions, which might be worth seeking if consistently dealing with thicker vegetation. Overall, value-oriented and knowledgeable users might find this product suitable for specific use cases but should consider verifying compatibility with specific trimmer models.
