- •Durable cleaning cloth that holds up well after multiple washes.
- •Comes with an attachment for carpet gliding, effective at freshening rugs.
- •Leaves old floors looking, feeling, and smelling cleaner.
Cons
- •Short 12 ft cord requires use of an extension cord for larger areas.
- •Steam only comes from the center of the mop, necessitating multiple passes for effective floor cleaning.
- •Water tank is small, requiring frequent refills which can be inconvenient.
- •Inferior cloth quality and edge-only cleaning performance cause consideration for repurchase doubts.
- •Customer service experience was frustrating and described as unprofessional.
- •Bonus accessories were misrepresented and standard components were labeled as 'bonus.'
Bottom Line
The SALAV Multi-Service Steam Mop offers convenience with its lightweight and compact design, effective steam cleaning, and useful attachments for carpets. However, some practical issues like a short cord, small water tank, and limited steam distribution can be cumbersome for thorough cleaning tasks. If you're looking for a steam mop with a more extensive reach and greater cleaning effectiveness, this may not be the best investment. Be cautious of the customer service and accessory misrepresentation.
