Why this score?
The rOtring 600 0.5mm Mechanical Pencil receives a moderate score due to its high-quality construction and appealing design, which many users appreciate for its ergonomic feel and professional appearance. However, significant concerns around durability, particularly related to the non-retractable metal tip that bends upon impact, have led some users to feel disappointed, especially given its price point, which raises expectations for long-term reliability. Overall, while it delivers excellent performance for careful users, risks associated with portability may deter those prone to dropping items.
