- •Built-in speakers produce impressive, clear, and surprisingly deep sound, often removing the need for an external soundbar.
- •The TV features a durable, pro-level frame construction and an improved leg design with rotating knobs that allow easy installation without tools.
- •The included backlit Voice Remote Pro is rechargeable, battery-free, tactile, and highly responsive, with a convenient remote locator feature.
- •Setup is seamless, with simple login transfer from a Roku streaming stick via QR code.
- •The slim, flush-to-wall design makes it look stylish and almost like a piece of art, enhanced by a unique rotating art screen saver feature.
- •Roku’s smart platform remains intuitive, highly functional, and fast, providing an excellent overall user experience.
- •Picture calibration options, including local dimming and brightness controls, are advanced and effective, with accurate blacks and vibrant colors.
Cons
- •The TV is heavier (about 50.5 lbs) than expected, which could make wall mounting more challenging for some.
- •Some early users noticed minor local dimming inconsistencies on day one, though these reportedly resolved over time without intervention.
- •While audio is strong for built-in speakers, audiophiles may still prefer a dedicated soundbar for a more immersive soundstage in larger rooms.
- •Gaming performance is promising with 120Hz refresh, but some users haven’t fully tested advanced gaming features like VRR or low input lag yet.
Bottom Line
The Roku Smart TV 2025 – 65-Inch Pro Series is a polished, feature-rich Mini-LED 4K QLED TV that shines with superb picture quality, smooth motion handling, and excellent built-in sound. Its premium build and intuitive Roku platform make it a confident choice for anyone upgrading their living room entertainment setup, especially those who value a stylish design and great smart features out of the box. If audio depth or high-end gaming features are top priorities, you might still want to explore dedicated sound systems or gaming-specific models, but this Roku Pro offers a well-balanced package for most users.
