Bottom Line
This Vitamin C eye balm from RoC offers powerful visible results, with most users reporting brighter eyes and reduced dark circles after just a few weeks. Its innovative touchless application and lightweight formula make it user-friendly, but beware of issues with the dispenser and small product size. If you’re okay with occasional packaging frustrations and want a quick-absorbing brightening treatment, this could be a good fit. Otherwise, you might want to explore other eye creams with larger quantities or more hydrating formulas.
