Roborock Qrevo 2 Pro Robot Vacuum and Mop
Pros
- •Delivers powerful cleaning on hard floors and carpets, with 20,000Pa suction and especially strong corner and carpet pickup.
- •Dual rotating mop pads handle fresh spills and dried stains well, particularly at higher settings.
- •FlexiArm edge mopping and the reversible corner brush improve coverage along walls and around corners.
- •Zero-Tangle features help reduce pet-hair buildup and brush maintenance.
- •Multifunction dock automatically empties dust, refills water, washes mop pads, and dries them with warm air.
- •Automatic mop lifting or removal helps keep carpets dry during mixed-floor cleaning.
- •LiDAR mapping, room customization, no-go zones, schedules, floor settings, and targeted cleaning make the app genuinely useful.
- •Smart obstacle avoidance generally navigates furniture reliably, while varied cleaning patterns improve carpet dirt pickup.
- •Accurate floor-type adjustments and strong mixed-surface performance make it a good fit for homes with pets and substantial hard flooring.
- •Matter, Alexa, Siri, and Google Home compatibility provide broad smart-home integration.
Cons
- •Pet-hair pickup can be inconsistent in some areas despite the impressive suction and anti-tangle claims.
- •Traditional mop pads are less capable than roller-mop systems, and edge coverage still leaves some tight corners wanting.
- •Obstacle avoidance is not foolproof: the robot may bump into objects, catch charging cables, or require floors to be cleared beforehand.
- •Its raised LiDAR sensor may limit clearance under low furniture; check furniture height before buying.
- •High thresholds between rooms can cause navigation problems, and the manual advises against high-pile carpet.
- •The dock requires considerable space and clearance, which may be inconvenient in smaller homes.
- •It can be noticeably loud during operation.
- •Setup may be trickier on networks centered around 5GHz because the robot supports only 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.
- •Automatic mop removal must be enabled manually, and some app features may depend on future software availability.
- •U.S. runtime and dustbin, water-tank, and dust-bag capacities are not clearly published.
Bottom Line
The Qrevo 2 Pro is a strong choice for pet-owning households with mixed floors, especially if you value powerful vacuuming, capable mopping, hair resistance, and a dock that handles most routine maintenance. Its biggest caveats are imperfect cable and obstacle handling, limited edge and corner reach, dock space requirements, noise, and uncertain U.S. capacity specifications. **Buy it if reducing daily cleanup is the priority—but don’t expect it to eliminate floor prep or replace a truly hands-off cleaning system.**
