Bottom Line
While the Ridgid 18V Brushless Cordless Oscillating Multi-Tool offers good value and is compatible with other Ridgid 18V tools, it suffers from consistent reliability issues, particularly concerning the on/off switch and battery fit. Many users expressed disappointment, even those familiar with Ridgid tools. We would advise caution and consider holding off on this purchase unless you are firmly equipped with other Ridgid products and prefer to maintain brand compatibility.
