Pros
- •Fits the Pit Boss Deluxe and 820 Pro Series grills perfectly, ensuring full coverage without awkward gaps.
- •Made from high-quality, heavy-duty material that feels considerably more durable than previous versions.
- •Proven longevity with some users reporting lasting 2.5 to 4 years even under harsh sun, rain, and sprinkler exposure.
- •Provides excellent protection against sun damage and moisture, keeping the grill dry and shielded during daily outdoor use.
- •Designed to stay securely in place during rain and wind, preventing unwanted exposure or damage.
- •Has an attractive, sleek black appearance that enhances the overall look of your grill setup.
- •Offers good value compared to similar covers sold at larger retailers.
Cons
- •While it fits very well, some users noted it might have just a little extra room, which isn’t a big issue but worth noting if you prefer a super snug fit.
- •Best suited for covered porches or somewhat protected environments; constant, harsh outdoor exposure will eventually show wear after multiple years.
- •Does not appear to have additional features like ventilation flaps to reduce moisture buildup inside the cover.
Bottom Line
If you want a durable, well-fitting, and attractive cover for your Pit Boss Deluxe or 820 Pro Series pellet grill, this model delivers solid protection and longevity under typical outdoor conditions. Its heavy-duty construction and reliable fit make it a smart investment to keep your grill safe from sun and rain. For those seeking extra features like increased ventilation or ultra-snug fitting options, you might want to explore other specialized covers. Overall, this cover balances quality, fit, and price very well for most outdoor grill owners.
