- •Its adjustable saddle and multi-position handlebars accommodate a wide range of user heights (5'5" to 6'3") and riding styles, increasing comfort during long sessions.
- •The 24-inch large HD touchscreen is responsive and makes streaming classes and scenic rides truly engaging.
- •Whisper-quiet magnetic resistance system combined with smooth motorized adjustments ensures silent operation, perfect for home use.
- •The heavy-duty, rock-solid frame offers excellent stability, even during intense intervals and vigorous workouts.
- •Built-in fan adds extra comfort during exercise sessions to keep you cool without extra fuss.
- •SmartAdjust and iFit software integration work well together to automatically control resistance and incline, providing an interactive and motivating experience.
- •The realistic incline/decline feature engages different muscle groups and enhances workout variety, outperforming many other high-end indoor bikes.
- •Transport wheels make it manageable to move around despite its heft.
Cons
- •There are reports of the touchscreen and manual buttons becoming unresponsive after very limited use, which is a major usability concern.
- •Customer and iFit support have been criticized as slow, unhelpful, and poorly coordinated regarding replacements or technical issues.
- •Assembly is complex and challenging, especially with wiring and cable routing, making it best done with two people.
- •The handlebar padding may cause some discomfort during extended rides.
- •The requirement of an iFit membership adds an ongoing monthly cost, which some users may find off-putting.
- •At its price point, many feel the bike is considerably overpriced and does not deliver sufficient value compared to competitors.
Bottom Line
The NordicTrack X24 Bike offers a premium, immersive indoor cycling experience with standout auto incline/decline and resistance features, backed by a stable, quiet, and well-built frame. However, potential buyers should be cautious of reliability issues with the touchscreen, the added subscription cost for iFit, and the steep assembly requirements. If you want an engaging workout that feels outdoorsy and don’t mind the premium price or occasional tech hiccups, this bike is worth considering. Otherwise, you may want to explore other indoor bikes that balance value with fewer reported usability concerns.
