- •Numerous reliability issues reported, with machines often failing after a short period, sometimes just after the warranty expires.
- •Many users have faced frustrating experiences with the warranty process and repairs, often receiving only refurbished replacements.

Bottom Line
While the Nespresso Vertuo Next Premium Coffee and Espresso Maker by Breville garners praise for its exceptional coffee quality and sleek design, it falls short in terms of reliability and longevity. Frequent malfunctions, loud operation, and limited warranty coverage have left many users dissatisfied. If the quality of coffee and stylish look are your priorities, this machine might suit you, but for a more durable and reliable option, you might want to consider older Nespresso models known for their proven performance and durability.
