Pros
- •Effective combination of calcium and vitamin D, beneficial for bone health as one ages.
- •Generally meets expectations for quality and performance.
- •Satisfactory packaging with no unpleasant smell or taste.
Cons
- •Capsules are large and may cause difficulty swallowing, including gagging or choking.
- •Size of the softgels can discourage regular consumption due to swallowing difficulty.
- •Some users reported heartburn and stomach discomfort, particularly when taken with dinner.
- •Larger capsules are a significant drawback; users prefer smaller ones or those that can be halved.
Bottom Line
While Nature Made Calcium 600 mg with Vitamin D Tabs offers a quality product beneficial for bone health, the large size of the capsules may deter some users due to swallowing difficulties. If size is a concern, it might be worth considering alternatives with more manageable pill sizes or formulas designed to be split for easier intake.
