Pros
- •Highly recommended for fans of spicy foods, with an intense heat that surprises.
- •Great option for healthier snacks, suitable for non-vegans and meat lovers.
- •Surprising satisfaction for skeptics of meatless frozen foods.
- •Positive feedback on its likeness to boneless wings, with some saying it might even be better.
- •Excellent pairing with mango habanero sauce, enhancing its flavor.
Cons
- •Significant disappointment with the recipe change, which altered taste dramatically.
- •The new formula is described as bland and lacking the flavor of the previous version.
- •Long-time consumers express frustration and consider switching to other products.
- •Altered texture with chewy, rubbery consistency not appealing to previous fans.
- •New product's smell compared to raw meat, off-putting for some.
Bottom Line
If you're after a spicy kick and a healthier snack alternative, these vegan meatless chicken wings might be worth trying, especially with a good dipping sauce. However, if you were a fan of the old recipe, be warned: the new version seems to have left a lot to be desired in both taste and texture according to many loyal customers.
